good work I like it

However there was no change in the drum tempo making it seem repetitive and old.Very good synths and overall style for the beat.Just not enough variety for the amount of notes in the bar.If you want a techno song thats in 4/4 time,fills and variety esepcially of the drums and bass line(which was very simple) are a must.Hope I helped.

I like it

I disagree with FarisCultist.The high hat is very important in this song since it strings everything together,so a prominent hi hat is a plus especially in metal music.I love the snare sound for the song it was sick.The bass drum could be a bit louder to give it that metal feel as with the lead guitar although it still sounds good.Bass guitar is a bit high but with such a repetitive lead it helps it stay fresh.Overall I like how you took a awesome boss song made it yours and still kept it real.

Many thanks. I did mix the bass in more so people wouldn't get too bored with just the leads and occasional rhythm guitar. PLus I fucking love the bass lines. I was thinking about making the kick louder, but since I don't have my stereo hooked up I wasn't sure if it'd be too much. Thanks for the input man, it always helps.

Reminded me of some garage Metallica days.Very good stuff though man,had me head bangin to it.I liked most of the sounds but the snare seemed a bit weak for this style of music.Cymbals were pretty good and the bass drums were good too did you record the drum sounds from an electric set or used synth sounds?

The drums are the Machinae drumkit, which are single hit samples that Machinae Supremecy recorded during production for one of their albums, and put online for people to use. I haven't EQ'd the drums properly, that's why the snare sounds so weak, again this is kind of a throwaway track I never finished, when I put up my next song it will be complete and properly EQ'd so it should sound much better. original and new

Sounded like either a song for a commercial or some psychadelic trip music.Not really my style but I can appreciate the creativity it took to do this. Just my opinion but if you would add some non synthed sounds to compliment the synth sounds and to give it a more realistic feel I think it would have more relisten value and be liked by a wider array of people. Particularly drums cause synthed drums are terrible although the cymbals werent horrible on here real ones are alot more crisp.

it was very intentionally written on an old retro early 80's keyboard and synth, as I wanted that very lo-fi sound, hence the beats:)
